(Please note my blackberry camera has a different resolution from other digital cameras so I only like taking pics with this one. I hate when other people take pics of me with their digital camera’s because as they say the camera adds pounds and I look bigger than I really am)

Current Weight: 180 lbs

Height: 5′ 7″

Waist: 38″

Butt: 44″ (at least I am not a booty do, my stomach stick out more than my booty do)

Bust: 41″

Size: 10-12 (depending on the article of clothing and brand)

Goal Weight: 155 – 160

Goal Height: 6′10″ (lmao I kid I kid)

Goal Waist: 28″ (lose 10″ yeah right lets see I don’t even know if that’s a good thing)

Goal Butt: 44″ Toned but still soft! (I don’t want to lose the booty)

Goal Bust: 41″ (I hope they don’t sag after the weight loss)

Goal Size: 6 – 8 (I really just want to go back to 8 I really was feeling myself at size 8 good times! good times!)

GOAL DATE: MAY 16, 2009

So far I decided to cut down on most starches and processed sugars / foods. Drink lots of water, lemon water, eat lots of fruit and veggies.  Oatmeal is breakfast and lunch everyday. Work out 1 hour 5 days a week. Yoga 1 hour 5 days a week. Eat in small rations and laugh a helluva lot!

Ok I did not work out this morning. I did have a few spoon fulls of Cheerios and low fat Lactaid milk, water and I am about to have a cup of oatmeal with lemon water. I need batteries for my scale but thank goodness, because it’s not good to constantly watch your weight everyday. I’ll do it once a week to track my progress and update you guys!

So I cheated at lunch. I had 7 Bravo crackers with shredded cheddar cheese and 12 Vanilla wafers and a few sips of apple juice! WHEN WILL I LEARN!

Ok NO WORK OUT TODAY NEITHER! (what kind of shit am I on?) But I did eat a cup of oatmeal and I’m drinking water – maybe I can make up for the work out tonight. I did workout last night for an hour (warmed up, 30 min cardio & 30 yoga). I need to get into meditation! Let me call up Russell (Simmons) for some pointers (all he’s gonna say is did you get the book?)

I am so sick right now so last night I went to the store bought me some Lipton noodle soup (nothing like some good ole’ MSG), garlic, ginger and some granola bars. The night before I steamed some whiting with vegetables so I made fish noodle soup with garlic and let me tell you it was delicious! I boiled some water and ginger and added lemon to it and had ginger lemon tea and that was my dinner!

This morning I did not workout and I did not workout last night. I feel so terrible. I ate oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar and had a bottle of water with lemon and teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. I also had a oats & honey granola bar.

Ok so I am down to 178 lbs I did not check my measurements but I officially lost 2 lbs lol. This weekend was a joke! I drank enough and we all know alcohol is not good when your trying to lose weight. Friday night we ate @ a vegetarian restaurant and @ Santos I had two Cranberry & Malibu’s. On Saturday I mostly slept had a bowl of cereal and some vanilla wafers. Then went out with my friend to a Mexican restaurant where we sat @ a bar and had Sauteed shrimp with buttered garlic bread and a Mango Margarita. Then we went out to a party & I had a Mojito drink then I got Baileys on the rocks. Sunday I did laundry (lots of workout  taking those heavy bags :D ) I ate a few bites of a subway veggie patty sandwich, a bag of Harvest Cheddar Sun Chips and a bottle of Lipton Citrus Green Tea. Then I had some Burger King later on (BK Big Fish Meal), what can I say I was tired and we were headed to my friend’s to watch the Super Bowl! No cooking oh and I had a Mojito. Well that’s it @ least I did lose 2 lbs!

P.S. This morning I had small cup of Clustered Cheerios (dry) & water now I am chewing some Orbit Bubble mint gum.

Last night I did not eat dinner and before that I did not have lunch all I ate was some fruit snacks, vanilla wafers and drank a lot of water. I am so paranoid about what I eat that I end up eating little to nothing at all!

This morning I had two small cups of shreeded wheat with Lactaid low fat milk and now I’m going to drink some water. Did not check my weight today.

Last night I had two veggie hot dogs with sauerkraut, relish, mustard & ketchup. I had  a cup of apple juice.

This morning I ate 1 cup of Shredded Wheat & had another cup for snack. I did not weigh myself yet but I will do that before I leave on Friday.

Ok so I have not updated this Diary since the 4th – damn shame! Basically I am back to 180 and I have been eating alot of chicken (What kind of Vegetarian am I?) Today I decided to stop playin myself and get head strong on this weight loss. So I am getting up everyday at 5:30 AM and putting in that work. I’m watching what I eat and cutting out the meat (hey that rhymed! Any who – yeah it’s officially on 92 days left!
